It’s always a pleasure to work with a family that has become a regular client, and for Felipe, the Molly & Lee family was no exception. This was his 6th time working with them and he’s had the opportunity to document their family’s growth every other year since the girls were very little. It’s clear that the autumn season holds a special place in the family’s heart — It marks their annual tradition of huddling under blankets together for their portrait session.
This year’s session took place at St. Johns College in Annapolis, a beautiful location with stunning autumn leaves. One of the girls was even sporting a cute dog shirt. If you didn’t know, we really love dogs. I digress.
This time around, the family didn’t stop with just Molly, Lee, and their three daughters. Lee’s mother and uncle joined in on the session, as well as his brother, sister, and nephew. It was clear that this was a close-knit family who loves coming together for special occasions.
As the late afternoon session went on, the street lights started to come on and the family looked happy and had a great time, despite the darkness. It’s always a wonderful thing to see families come together and the love and bond between the Molly & Lee family was no exception. It was a pleasure for Felipe to capture it all on camera and we’re sure these photos will be treasured for years to come.
