The Great Seneca Lodge in Boyds, Maryland, has a rich history and a serene natural setting that make it an ideal location for events. The lodge, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1948, has served as a retreat for government officials and a training center for the CCC. It now operates as a popular venue for weddings and other events.

The lodge’s location is one of its biggest draws. Situated in Camp Seneca, a public park managed by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, the lodge is surrounded by lush woods and offers a stunning panoramic view.
